Meet Serene

Serene Obagi, NP-C, is a dedicated aesthetic professional based in California. With a strong foundation based in skin health science, Serene has cultivated her skills to provide her patients with healthy skin and realistic aesthetic enhancements.

Following the completion of her bachelor's degree in Political Philosophy at the American University of Paris, Serene returned to Los Angeles with a fervent dedication to aesthetics. She obtained her Medical Esthetician license at the Western Beauty Institute, immersing herself in the intricacies of skincare and the artistry of aesthetic treatments.

Driven by her passion for skin health and aesthetics, Serene embarked on a journey of professional growth and development. She spent a year working closely with renowned dermatologists, including her father, Dr. Zein Obagi, gaining invaluable insights and experience.

Eager to broaden her expertise, Serene pursued additional education and training by enrolling in nursing school at American Career College, where she earned her Registered Nurse degree. She then continued her studies at West Coast University, dedicating herself to becoming a Nurse Practitioner.

Today, Serene proudly serves as a Nurse Practitioner-Certified (NP-C), specializing in cosmetic procedures. Collaborating closely with her father at the esteemed ZO Skin Centre locations across Southern California, Serene's dedication to excellence and passion for skin health shine through in every aspect of her work. She is a trusted and valued member of the healthcare community, committed to delivering exceptional care and enhancing the beauty and confidence of her patients.

Whether you want anti-aging from needles or skincare, Serene sets you up with a plan to literally reverse the aging process! The staff is a core group of the nicest women in the world. Needles in the face can be a scary aspect, so Serene and Daniele do the most amazing job of making the patient feel at ease / comfortable! They also offer the most amazing facials where you can see the results instantly! Kate does an amazing Dermaplane facial that leaves my skin flawless every time."
